On the 16^th of March 2023, Cosmin Șovar, Senior Associate, is invited to speak at the Litigators Conference, organized by Juridice.ro.

The theme of the conference will be The Prevailing Order of Exceptions in a Civil Suit.

Cosmin will speak about the case when a judicial tax-exempted request for re-examination shall be filed by the plaintiff, the latter can actually challenge the tax exemption to the initially-ruling court, and demand completion of tax by the defendant.
