Cosmin Șovar – contributor to the compendium Negotiating Contracts – from theory to practice.
Negotiating Contracts – From Theory to Practice is the most complex work written in Romanian on negotiation and is aimed, in particular, at those who deal with contracts, such as: professional negotiators, businessmen or civil servants who conclude contracts in their current activity, lawyers and technical specialists who provide assistance in the formation of contracts, but also at those who negotiate occasionally, or who are trained in economic, legal, administrative profiles, and who wish to maximize the results obtained in this way.
Negotiating Contracts – From Theory to Practice is a true vademecum, which uses the most representative knowledge in the science of negotiation, moving into the practical plane by showing the means by which theory serves applied negotiation. At the same time, this book extracts essential information from theory, in order to explain the mechanisms of negotiation, and shows how this information should be implemented in real situations, creating a bridge that crosses from abstract knowledge to application. The book is structured to explain fundamental, as well as more sophisticated, concepts in an accessible manner, in a structure organized into parts and chapters.
Cosmin Șovar, Managing Associate with Firon Bar-Nir Moldovan Cotorogea, contributed a chapter in this negotiation compendium, and will answer questions at the launch event, on the 21st of May, 2025.
